Lipca (Lippische Camerafabrik Richter & Fischer) company was created in 1948, after East German company Kamera-Werk C. Richter Tharandt was split in two pieces. Company owners fled to West Germany with some equipment, and continued Reflecta line as Flexora and Flexo. Lipca stopped manufacturing cameras in c1962, and ceased to exist in 1972.
