1925-1930. The first commercial Leica. First 35mm mass-produced camera. This is the Elmar version of the Leica I(a). Models with four digits models are more valuable than those with five digits. Close focus Elmar (1.5 feet) is just a little bit more valuable than the regular Elmar.
