Ciro-Cameras Inc. Was founded in 1941 by Rodolphe Stahl, former Ford engineer. Original company location was Detroit, Michigan, but in 1947 company moved to Delaware, Ohio. On October 1, 1951 the company was sold to Graflex Inc which continued to manufacture several camera models.
