Apparently, the difference between the Agfaflex I versus the Agfaflex II is that the Agfaflex I was fitted with a waste level finder and the Agfaflex II with a eye-level prism finder. Both versions had a fixed lens. The Agfaflex with interchangeable lens, and a coupled exposure meter was called Agfaflex III (waste level viewfinder) or Agfaflex IV (eye level viewfinder).
The most highly-specified version was called an Agfaflex V. It had an eye-lever prism finder, and had an f/2.0 55mm Color-Solagon lens instead of the f/2.8 Color-Solinar.
