I bought one of these in 1973 as a second hand camera. I think i paid 35 dollars for it.
I sold it to an antique shop when the taking lens developed fungus in 1992.
All through those years it worked perfectly and took many great photos as slides and prints.
It survived being carried around in motorcycle saddle bags, taken to rallies etc.
For years after parting with it i regretted losing it.
Happy to say now i have another, all working and with no fungus. I also have a full 35mm conversion kit for it.
I have a love of Mamiya TLR's also, but these Yashicas are my favorite.
