Oscar Petazzi established the company in 1871, in Milan, Italy. After his death in 1883 his son Carlo continued the brand, while another son Angelo created his own company. In 1896 the company was taken over by A. Vercelli, in 1926 by Ceresola and Giacomessi, in 1929 by Enrico Giacomessi. During these years the brand "Oscar Petazzi" continued to be advertised. |
