Who knows more about Offenstadt and specialy the Binkie camera?

Hard to find anything at all about Offenstadt as a camera producer. It looks like they produced a similar camera under different brand names such as Binkie, Photo-Quint as well as KIND, distributed in France by "Photo Hall"
