I just purchased a Rogers Junior Camera. It cam with an instruction book. This camera was manufactured for sale by Montgomery Ward & Co. Perhaps is can move from unknown to Montgomery Ward.

Here are the Instructions and photo of the Rogers Junior camera. The photo is the Number 1 model, (120 Film). Page 1 of the instruction book lists all models and film sizes.
