The company was established in 1828 in Turin, Italy. Felice Alman inherited it from his father, and slowly moved from painting supplies to photographic ones. Felice was a philanthropist, and left a substantial charity heritage, including hospital and a nursery. After his death in 1900, his son, Carlo, continued the business. The traces of the company are lost after 1907. |
