We should a separate page for the Asahiflex H2. I bought one on eBay with a sticky shutter 4 months ago on eBay for $200. These cameras were basically an H2, but they called them Ashahiflex in South Africa for short period of time in the 50's because there was a Trademark dispute over the "Pentax" and this was Pentax's way of getting around the problem. There are also some cameras that were called "Pentar" instead of "Pentax" and I understand those are pretty hard to find too.

Here is a picture of this rare camera. I bought it on eBay on 10/1/2012 for $202.50. When it arrived it was in pristine condition except for circular markings around the tripod socket and some numbers engraved (hand carved) right below the lens mount. The camera had a sticky shutter when I received it, but after a CLA it works perfect and verified with a film. We should add this camera to the site.
