I believe I have an Ihagee Kine Exakta I (round-viewfinder) (before-war-edition) camera (based on the web page below)
https://collectiblend.com/Cameras/Ihage ... viewfinder)-(before-war-edition).html
I am looking for confirmation and a fair price. I have taken a few photos which I have attached.

It seems a pre-war one, I am curious about the engraving next to the slow speeds right dial. Prices may vary, from 400 to 1500€, there is one currently for auction on Leitz Auction. Maybe the engraving could add more value to your camera.

"Leitz Auction" enterprises are way overpriced in calling prices and reserves. 95% of their offerings never sell. Your best bet will be to look at recent ( 2006) McKeowns. Just my 2 cents.
P.S. Engraving you mentioned will actually subtract from camera's value because it was just scribbled by one of previous owners with some sort of sharp tool. They mainly did it to facilitate camera's recovery in case it was stolen. That's how valuable Exaktas were at the time.....

Every auction leads to overpriced results as desire make you bid over its estimation. The thing is that as it is a rare item there are no many places to compare prices. I've checked in Live Auctioners as they offer a database o a wide range of auctions, some overpriced but other under a fair price that's why I gave a range of prices. There is also a thing to keep in mind, the rarer the more expensive, that's why I pointed the importance of the engraving on the top right plate. This could boost the price or not. But In my opinion the value of cameras not depend of its price that's why I've able to purchase some of the rarest cameras of the world.

I agree with fbsgfoto, pricing of 400 to 1,500 with average around 1,000 USD depending on the condition of the camera is certainly not exaggerated. If you go to the page of collectiblend you see actual sales prices https://collectiblend.com/Cameras/Ihagee/Kine-Exakta-I-(round-viewfinder)-(before-war-edition).html. From what I can see, the camera is definitely pre war. You could check the serial number which should start with 48xxxx. There were some 1400 cameras produced with round viewfinder (some of these were later converted to square viewfinder).

Sid_ney could you please post a detailed picture of the engraving that was referred to by fbsgfoto? Thanks.

It looks like it is engraved "CT COLL. OF AGRIC." What's your opinion?

Difficult to say, I can only read clearly COLL. OF
The engraving seems to be professionally done.
