Usually such projects would be prohibitively expensive, so it would be impossible to make a profit on it, but with the rarer Alpas it might still pay. I have seen some model 11 types obviously assembled from parts. Mss Capaul&Weberat the current Alpa website had some text on Alpa parts mysteriously disappearing between the collapse of Pignons and their purchase .
