Houghton: Ensign Autorange 820

I can't understand why people are willing to spend so much for a pretty "standard" folder camera. One was sold on Nov 15 on Ebay for 1,031 GBP (Mint condition with box)

Well Mad,

it's all about camera collecting, or anything else for that matter, I never thought I'd pay £360.00 for my mint Blue Coronet midget but it completed my Coronet colours. Looking at your fine collection I see one or two cameras that could fall into the same category.
As for my Ensign Autorange 820, I was very pleased to add this camera to my collection, where I've had the pleasure of admiring the rare innovative camera with all it's paperwork & box for six years come November, it's looking like a good investment too, though I never doubted it.

Cheers, Fish.
