Here are some recent Ebay sales (you can search in ebay for the condition):
Item 381037488936 sold 02 nov 2014 05:26:28 CET price US $56,50
Item 251686165620 sold 28 oct 2014 06:42:33 CET US $53,00

Based on these recent sales - price range seems defintely not too low.
