Is the Photosniper FS3 Rare?

Hi, I'm new to collecting vintage cameras and recently picked up a Mint condition PhotoSniper Fs3, I'm curious to find out if it is valuable or if its just another $300 quirky camera with little to no real historical relevance.

If theres any cool backstory to the Photosniper I'd be very interested!
