Looking for a value of a Canon Range finder J-ii . sERIAL # 8360.

Value is highly dependent on camera's condition.
Canon J-II (Seiki Kogaku) 1945-1946

1) McKeown's : $ 3,000 - $ 4,000 ( less desireable, than prewar "J") ;

2) Camdex.ca: $ 3,100 ( body only) , $ 4,900 (with lens) ;

3) Collectiblend : $ 2,200 - $ 5,400 ( body only) - $3,200 - $ 8,500 ( with lens) ;

4) Current eBay listing : $ 750 + $ 18 ( s/h), with lens, no bids, 4 days to auction end.

p.s. When I purchase stuff I usually apply following pricing formula : [1/3 of the lowest McKeown's tier + 1/2 of the lowest Collectiblend tier] divided by 2.
So I'd buy it for $ 1,300 , with lens and in very good condition. Or body only ( VGC) for $ 1,050.
