Hello,
I recently purchased an FR Reporter made by Fink-Roselieve in the early ‘40s. I’m finding very limited information on it. If anyone knows anything about these things or it’s approximate value, it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Here is one that sold on ebay in 2013

You need a subscription to see the price so it sold for $125

Re: Fink-Roselieve Reporter
Thanks for the replies. I have already seen the camerapedia link though (after I spent quite a while trying to find in my McKeown’s book with no luck). I bought a Busch Pressman Model C with very few scratches, no lens haze/fungus, etc, but the rangefinder arm is sticking out horizontally. I guess I’ll have to make another thread on how to fix that. Anyway, I payed $140 for both and am now wondering if I did well or payed too much. The FR bellies aren’t real leather. They are made of the material I describe as rubberized canvas also used on Kodaks. There are several pinholes in the corners.
Thanks again
Thanks again

Re: Fink-Roselieve Reporter
The Busch Pressman Model C seems to sell in the 75-150 US$ range on Ebay so I don't think this was a bad deal. With uncommon cameras it is always more tricky to come up with a realistic price estimate. I found an FR Reporter on Ebay Spain that was not sold at 300$ (https://www.ebay.es/itm/1942-FINK-ROSELIEVE-FR-REPORTER-2-1-4x3-1-4-FOLDING-PRESS-CAMERA-VGC-/121397887249). So the 125 $ mentioned by box86rowh seems also a realistic price. If you are patient you could probably sell the camera on Ebay for a price in the 100-150$ range.
