Hi Everyone,
Nice to join this site, I am a new guy from this forum and also the Leica world!
I recently bought the Leica Summaron 35mm F3.5 lens from Japan to pair with my M9, I think it was probably the lens from 1954, based on available info from internet i could find it.
Anyway I just curios that my lens had the distance measurement in "Feet" unit, which I found some of this lens had the measurement in "Meter"
Wondering any different between these two versions in term of quality and also the value?
By the way, I really love the B&W of this lens, its rendering is superb with retro style!
Thanks.
Sompod

Re: Leica Summaron 35mm F3.5 Feet and Meter Measurement!
As far as I have seen there is no difference in either value or quality. It was just a variance in the lens for I assume US buyers...welcome to the site!
