The Carl Zeiss Jena 5cm F2 was made in Contax RF Mount. It is a "Sonnar" formula lens, and had higher contrast and transmission than the Leica lenses of the day. For this reason- many Leica photographers had Sonnar lenses modified to work on Leica cameras. This lens looks like one of them: it is in RF coupled Leica Thread Mount. This is done by taking the barrel out of the Contax RF mount and moving it to a Leica mount, with the RF cam built in. I've done this work myself on 65 or so Sonnars. Still in demand among Leica users.

Depending on condition of the glass- this lens would probably sell in the $300 to $400 range.
