Help Identify this Box Camera

I acquired this camera at a garage sale, but I cannot find any markings on it to identify. I can't seem to find a picture online either. It has a leather covered wooden body and comes with plates. The size of the plates are 4 5/8 x 3 5/8. It has a T/I shutter setting.

I think it is "WESTLAKE ADAMS & CO. (Chicago, IL)
model: Adlake Regular - c 1987 Manual plate changig box camera.
