Maybe email the camera auction Leitz Photgraphica.....they may have an idea of value!

Unfortunately I don't think serial number records for this lens were as good as Leica. I don't think there is a way to know how many were made before and after yours.

I looked around but couldn't find another example of this lens...very cool!

I would say a reseller would pay you around 1500-1750 for that with the end market collectors value being more. I would be interested in it if you are looking to sell!

Does the lens have an adapter on it? It looks like it might from the picture.

It would because it depends on how you decide to sell it. If you sell it on ebay, you may get a little more but have to deal with the buyer and return chances...if you sell to a reseller you get less, but don't have to worry about returns, etc...
