Hi and welcome!

The Rolleicord V is worth around 175-225. All the other items you have don't really add value. The smaller lens type items are filters and aren't worth much on their own. Nice camera but not as collectible as their other model, the Rolleiflex

It is painted over for sure. There are a couple specks of red showing through that I can see in the picture.

I wouldn't think it would make a huge difference, but am not an expert in brass/portrait lenses.

It is not a common lens but seems to be low quality as I found one that sold on eBay a few years ago for $19.15 unfortunately
