You can even check with Leica to find out for sure it is.

It would depend on what type of video camera, If it used movie picture film that you would use in a movie projector..yes. If it's like VCR or later I don't think so. But there is a possibility so feel free to post what it is and maybe we can help!

NICE!! It was made by the Nicca company of Japan and badged for the Sears store's Tower line of fine cameras in the 1950's. It is a Range finder camera,based on the high end German Leica cameras.It can use several types of lenses. http://collectiblend.com/Cameras/Nicca-Co/Tower-Type-3-S.html
