You should try to press on the button indicated by the arrow. It should unlock the system and allow to close the camera.

Hi,
I did not find identification for this particular item but you should have a look to the Ricoh / Riken and Olympic Camera works because I found that these companies were using Triver lens and Buick shutters on some models.
