I'm also curious about this, as I have a red one in my inventory. When I posted my camera to my inventory page, there was a separate listing for blue but not for red. Now there is a separate listing for red, but the "post-factory paint" comment confuses me. Why would the red ones be post-f...

Hi,
Boyer is actually not the name of the camera, but rather the lens.
The camera itself is a Photax, as on the lens cap.

Just my personal opinion here, but you may have better luck asking in a large-format photography forum. Collectiblend is more for cameras and lenses themselves, and not so much (if at all) about accessories - especially a stand as large as yours!

Just to clarify - it was indeed a Derlux and not a Derby-Lux.
