Kadlubek's lens catalog from 2009 shows $420. Considering there is one listing on eBay (mistakenly attributed to Tamron f/3.5-6.3) and no one is bidding, $250 may be way too high for lens with stuck focus, no mount, and maybe fungus on the rear element. That's probably a value for this type of lens ...
