Pocket Robot guide says s/n C100000-C140000 were manufactured during 1951-1955, and there were 20800 cameras made total (20000 models with 24 exposures + 800 models with 48 exposures).

This is a Houghton's Folding Klito. Seems like No.000 or No.000A. They were maid from 1910 to 1914. Maybe even starting 1908.
