My suspicion was correct the “Emerald” camera was made by Teco here is a link to the page.

Canadian camera “The bullar Camera”
This camera was made by the Canadian camera company. I could not find anything about it beside one advertisement This advertisement came from vol.XII of the Canadian druggist in April 1900. The bullar camera takes 3 1/2 by 3 1/2 film.

I bought this camera a few weeks ago and the listing said it was a Seneca Snap 2A. I can confirm it says Seneca Snap by the strap. But I could not find much information about the camera, it has one exposure setting, just a set time and the back half is made of cardboard.
