I suspect that this is the camera because it seems to be built by Hüttig, the Hüttig Merkur model has the name plate in exactly the same style, it used metal frames for the viewfinders like the Fulgur, and I know that for a while Hüttig products were marketed under the name ICA.

I think the correct year of manufacture is rather 1955

I think there are several cameras with this name, the one I own is identical to Impera - Indo
I know that there is another one that resembles a King Regula version

it should be mentioned that the devices in both representative images have a broken shutter arm
