Definitely early Miranda S ( w/WLF). It's easy to confirm it: There's " Miranda S Japan" engraved on back right side of top panel. Also, the lowest shutter speed is 1/30 s.
Best regards.

Re: Looking to confirm ID of an Ihagee Kine Exakta I (round-viewfinder) (before-war-edition)
"Leitz Auction" enterprises are way overpriced in calling prices and reserves. 95% of their offerings never sell. Your best bet will be to look at recent ( 2006) McKeowns. Just my 2 cents. P.S. Engraving you mentioned will actually subtract from camera's value because it was just scribbled...

Re: My video collection.
I have some critical remarks to be made regarding your Youtube productions. First, it's not clear ( without watching your videos) what it should be. Title of your post here " My video collection" suggests, at least that's how I receive it, that you have a collection of some vintage video V...

Re: SOLD --Minox llls BLACK--
I probably spoke from my ignorance then. The only Minox micro film sized examples I saw selling for substantial sums were original "Rigas"....

Re: SOLD --Minox llls BLACK--
I have only owned ( and seen) silver IIIs copies. Black one is so unusual that, as it happens quite often with other cameras, "custom painting" is suspected. One strong argument, which supports this claim in your case it the way measuring chain looks (esp.in pic. #1).....

Re: Canon Rangefinder J-II
Value is highly dependent on camera's condition. Canon J-II (Seiki Kogaku) 1945-1946 1) McKeown's : $ 3,000 - $ 4,000 ( less desireable, than prewar "J") ; 2) Camdex.ca: $ 3,100 ( body only) , $ 4,900 (with lens) ; 3) Collectiblend : $ 2,200 - $ 5,400 ( body only) - $3,200 - $ 8,500 ( with...

Re: Requesting value for Folding Ensign 3 1/4A by Houghtons of London
In today's collectors' US market Ensign folders values are in range of $20 - $40 and it assumes decent condition. You may need to subtract 30-40% due to non-working timed and bulb modes on shutter. Do the math and you'll get an answer.
