That Bella was made by Leonar KW, which was a successor to Lüttke & Arndt. Since yours is marked as Lüttke & Arndt, it should be a pre-1905 model. Of course it could be a transitioning model. Thank you very much, Dieser. It seems impossible to identify the exact model :( Do you perhaps have...

Dr. Luettke & Arndt also on the handle, I didn't notice it before! So I guess the producer made both the camera and the lens..
