In my books, I do not see any box camera from Soho but only folding cameras

This camera is probably French. The model name may be a variation of " Le Gousset " or " Le Touriste" (very similar) released circa 1910/ 1920 by J.V. Paris / De Vries The struts are metal and located Inside the bellows. (Referenced in the book "Les appareils photographiques...
