I can't find this ANYWHERE, 38mm Ansco 1045 H350 still in box w warranty.. anybody able to help?? This a hack brand or what?

Almost "hack"! ;-) Made by Haking. Very similar to Halina Flash 350 (also missing on the site). Can't say it's valuable.
