Montanus Rocca Familia Help with Appraisal

Postby cam.carp14 » Wed Jun 21, 2017 1:59 pm

I have a Montanus Rocca Familia camera that I am trying to figure out a value for. The camera works perfectly and to me looks in great condition. I have attached photos of the camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated because there is little to no information about this camera online. Thanks in advance!

The list price for this camera in Collectiblend is 90-100$ for an "average condition" camera - In my opinion this seems quite high. MCKeown's (12th edition page 698) has a price of 60-90 $ which is probably more in line. I think you could get this price for a camera that is still fully functional (i.e. also with functioning coupled selenium meter). Montanus built a whole range of Rocca cameras so you will probably have to find a collector that is interested in this specific camera.
Interested in seeing what I am collecting ? Check out my camera collection:

True, value should be lower.
Estimate value accuracy: Image (meaning low).
