Can any one help me to identify this camera?
Is it valuable?

This camera is a"stepper" IIIc, a more scarce version of this model. A close up of the "leather" (vulcanite) will tell us if this was a "sharkskin" version. A picture of the body without the lens will show the shutter curtains and tell us if this was a "red curtain" version. Each "yes" to these questions will make your camera a little more valuable.

The lens is a 5cm f2, very likely a Summitar , show us the front without the cap.
