1959. 35mm film, SLR camera. The first Nikon SLR. Red dot on the left side of the serial number means the F camera body was upgraded to accept Photomic prism. There were around 3000 bodies in 66* series with red dot. 65* bodies with red dot are not rare, and listed with regular Nikon F (eyelevel, chrome) sales.
