Searching eBay listings: 
1957-1960. This is the last screw-mount model of the Leica cameras. Same as the IIIf but with a larger viewfinder which had a "bright" functionality (introduction of bright lines from an additional window). Black cameras were made mostly for the Swedish Army. 125 of them had "3 crowns" engraving on the back and on the lens.
