The price of these cameras is heavily influenced by the lens - For instance some models have a Frilon F 1.5 lens which is sold at much higher prices than models with an Evar F 2.0

You are right. I may need to split f1.5 in a separate listing.

Futura S with Frilon 50 mm 1.5 in reasonable condition sold on Ebay 02 nov 2015 for US $460,00 object 171981086557
description:
"You are bidding on a very rare Futura-S vintage rangefinder camera with an even rarer Frilon Freiburg 1.5/50 lens. This is a older German made collectible camera. The camera is in mostly good condition, but still sold as-is for parts and without warranty. The lens is very collectible and rare but has some problems mentioned below.
Camera is in good, untested condition sold as is:
Lens; lens is in user condition.
• 15 Aperture blades work great despite a little oil.
• Cosmetically in good condition. See pictures.
• Glass has hazing and cleaning marks on front element- please see pictures. Was not able to test impact on images, but I believe it would affect picture quality somewhat. Cleaning would help.
• Rear element is in perfect shape. •Also some dust and debris- normal for vintage lens.
Camera body; camera body is in good condition with average wear and tear.
• Untested as I do not know anything about rangefinder cameras.
• The winder winds and the "shutter" seems to work.
• Could not open/find film and battery compartment."
